JDS 世界ダウン症の日2026 ミュージックビデオ「ひとりじゃないよ。」を公開しました
2025年11月、第5回日本ダウン症会議／第7回日本ダウン症学会学術集会が開催されました。
会場には、ご本人による座長（司会）をはじめ、多くのダウン症がある方々が参加されました。
この映像には、参加された皆さんの自然な笑顔や姿が映っています。
それは「特別な存在」としてではなく、日常の中で誰かと共に生きている姿です。
「ひとりじゃないよ」という言葉は、
ダウン症がある人だけではなく、
家族、友人、支援者、そして社会の仲間——
すべての人に向けたメッセージです。
2026年の世界ダウン症の日のテーマは
Together Against Loneliness（孤独に立ち向かうために、共に）
この映像が、誰かにとって
「あなたはひとりじゃない」と感じられるきっかけになれば嬉しく思います。

JDS World Down Syndrome Day 2026 Music Video – “You Are Not Alone”
In November 2025, the 5th Japan Down Syndrome Conference and the 7th Japan Down Syndrome Society Academic Meeting were held in Japan.
Many people with Down syndrome participated in the conference, including individuals who served as session chairs and speakers.
This video captures their natural smiles and presence.
Rather than portraying people with Down syndrome as “special,” it shows them as they truly are — people living everyday life together with others.
The message “You are not alone.” is not only for people with Down syndrome.
It is a message for everyone — families, friends, supporters, and communities.
The theme of World Down Syndrome Day 2026 is
“Together Against Loneliness.”
We hope this video reminds people everywhere that no one has to face life alone.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who appeared in and supported the filming of this video.
